Returns and Exchanges:
• We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect/Faulty from OUR END.
• Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
-Complaint should be made within 24 hours after delivery of the product. the exchange will be offered within 7-10 days.
• There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to entertain return/exchange. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
1- Exchange request is made outside the specified time period. (24hrs of delivery)
2- Product is damaged because of wear and tear.
3- Product has been tampered.
4- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
-As we work on smaller batches/limited sized stocks, we cannot exchange product(s) if ordered in wrong size. Therefore, we recommend you to check our size sheets and description thoroughly before placing the order.
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore product(s) cannot be exchanged for this reason.
-We do not entertain exchanges on the basis of 'Change of mind'. Feel free to contact us on our Instagram DM for detailed specs of your desired product before ordering.
• You can contact us by emailing images of defected/faulty products at: Infozamanbymnm@gmail.com within 24 hours after delivery. Our team reviews the product and will assist according to your query .

Orders are delivered within 8 to 9 working days. Once shipped, a tracking link will be provided via email or SMS.
